In short: everyone in your company may build as many products as they like with Blouppy Starter, for you or your clients, closed source if you want — but you may not resell or publish the template itself. The text below is what applies.

Buying Blouppy Starter gives the company, organization or person named on the receipt (the “Licensee”) a licence to use this source code (the “Software”) on the terms below. A freelancer is a company of one.
1. What you may do
- Let everyone in your organization — employees and contractors — use and modify the Software.
- Build any number of products with it, for yourself or for your clients, and sell, host and operate them, open- or closed-source, with no royalty.
- Hand a client the source of a product you built for them, as part of that product.
2. What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the Software itself, or a substantial part of it, as a template, starter kit, boilerplate or code generator — free or paid, modified or not.
- Put the Software's source in a public repository, or share access to its private repository with anyone outside your organization.
3. Updates
The licence includes every update published for this version of the Software. A new major version may be sold separately.
4. Third-party components
The Software uses third-party packages under their own licences, listed in the README's Third-party licences section. Complying with them is the Licensee's responsibility.
5. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE LICENSOR'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THE LICENCE.
6. Termination and law
The licence ends if its terms are broken; the Software must then be deleted, except inside products already delivered. This licence is governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the Licensee's country.
